Magical Menstruation Coaching

The topics below will all be covered in my coaching packages, but some may be combined.   I am creating Magical Menstruation coaching to create a space for women to get help for menstrual irregularities, a place to talk about their experiences, & to get rid of the shame & taboo that surrounds this important topic. My goal is to give the education on menstrual care, which unfortunately, we were not taught. Women and girls are taught to ignore menstruation, that it is an inconvenience we just have to deal with every month. What if we are taught this to separate us from our power? What if our blood is not only sacred, but when we are connected with it we are also connected fully to our deepest intuition and knowing?
